1. About Home Hive Hub

Home Hive Hub is an online platform that enables:

• Landlords to post rental listings, upload images, leave reviews about tenants, and communicate with other landlords
• Tenants to create profiles, view content, and communicate with other users
• Cleaning companies to promote services, upload media, receive reviews, and appear in ranked listings

Home Hive Hub is a technology service only and not a real estate agency, employment service, background-check provider, or verification authority.

2. Eligibility

To use Home Hive Hub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Have legal authority to enter into this agreement

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

3.1 Account Types

Users must register under one of the following paid subscriptions:

• Landlords: A$44.99/month
• Tenants: A$14.99/month
• Cleaning Companies: A$14.99/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

3.2 Payments

• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Home Hive Hub does not store full payment details
• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

4. User Content & Responsibility

4.1 User-Generated Content

Users may upload:

• Listings
• Reviews
• Photos and videos
• Comments and messages

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you post
• Content reflects your own opinions and experiences
• Home Hive Hub does not verify or endorse any content

4.2 Prohibited Content

You must not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Violates privacy or confidentiality
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful or deceptive

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Reviews Disclaimer (Critical Clause)

All reviews on Home Hive Hub are:

• Personal opinions of users
• Not verified or fact-checked by Home Hive Hub
• Not guarantees of behavior, performance, or character

Home Hive Hub is not liable for any loss, damage, or decision made based on reviews.

Users agree that disputes arising from reviews are strictly between the involved parties.

6. Messaging & Communication

The platform provides private messaging between users.

• Home Hive Hub does not monitor messages in real time
• We may access messages if required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons
• We are not responsible for user interactions or outcomes

7. Cleaner Rankings & Listings

• Rankings are automated based on reviews and engagement
• Rankings do not constitute endorsements
• Home Hive Hub does not guarantee service quality, availability, or results

8. Media & Intellectual Property

By uploading content, you:

• Confirm you own or have rights to the content
• Grant Home Hive Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content on the platform

You retain ownership of your content.

9. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Permanent storage of content

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Home Hive Hub reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access

without notice if these Terms are violated or misuse occurs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Home Hive Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for rental outcomes, tenant behavior, or service quality
• Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Hive Hub from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your content
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Privacy

Your use of Home Hive Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes must be resolved in Australian courts.
